Return & Exchange Policy

At HerZone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your jewelry purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at herzonebyruksana@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ❌ Customized or personalized jewelry
  • ❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • ❌ Items bought on sale or clearance

3. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

How to start a return/exchange:

  • Email us at herzonebyruksana@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  • Repack the jewelry in its original condition and packaging.
  • Ship the item back. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective.)

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).

5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at herzonebyruksana@gmail.com. We’ll coordinate with our shipping partners and provide a replacement or refund if needed.
